Relationship between the green finance index, CO2 emission, and GDP

Abstract Green technology innovation and effective use of green financing tools are very important in order to ensure sustainable economic environmental development without degradation, decarbonize all sectors. Evaluating the investment process together with inputs, outputs factors involved will make contributions terms determining current situation, developing new policies raising awareness on finance. For these reasons, it is aimed reveal interaction mechanisms between GFI, CO2 emissions GDP this study. emissions, variables covering 26 countries 2018-2021 were analyzed using panel data analysis a fixed effects model. Firstly, found that emission had negative effect but positive was greater than GDP. Secondly, GFI have whereas effects, benefiting slightly more from effects.
